Leah Gnitka has been a nurse for four years, and has been a travel nurse for three years. She works mostly in cardiac step-down and med-surg/tele. Leah was a camp nurse for one summer and has also worked in home health. She started her career in Minnesota and has taken travel nurse assignments in West Virginia, Louisiana, Washington, and Arizona.

Travel nursing has taught her flexibility and resiliency. Leah has met some of her best friends through travel nursing, and is grateful for being able to explore so much of the country. When she’s not in the hospital, you can probably find her hiking a mountain. Leah “can’t wait to keep exploring this country and world!”
