Nurses from the NurseFly community have been responding to COVID hot spots all over the country since April. We made it through the initial wave in New York City, but are not faced with additional regions that dealing with the crisis.
As hospitals are again becoming overwhelmed with coronavirus patients, travel nurses are hopping on planes to help core staff manage their increased census. It’s important to maintain that sense of community among our nurses to support each and manage our stress,.
The overwhelming message from our community NurseFly nurses is, ‘Look at how far we’ve come and all we’ve done’. Nurses have come together like never before and are making such positive contributions to this pandemic. Never before has the importance of nursing in healthcare been so apparent.
Remember to take care of yourself during times of extra stress and your health comes first!
Just know that you are doing absolute best job that you can be.
We can do it, and look at the impact we are having.
Everyone is doing such a phenomenal job, we’re stepping up to the challenge, we’re helping others and we are all going to be better for
it.
Because of you, these people are getting better.
First care for your self, then care for others.
Thank you, and please continue to advocate for yourself and advocate for one another.
Remember that your contribution only brings good and passion into the world.
I just say thank you.
So remember. You are brave, you are strong, you are made for this.
